As Program Manager, Suzana translates the overall operations strategy into a tangible, safe, and successful production plan to achieve the highest quality standards. She aims to ensure a solid buy-in with internal clients and improve the company’s social relations. Her goal is to create a consensus that will lead to production excellence. Innovation and continuous improvement are the pillars of her approach, and she leans on her strong coaching skills and leadership abilities to coordinate and motivate her team.  

Suzana is passionate about health and fitness and spends much of her free time exercising and eating healthy foods. She also loves studying holistic therapies, like Bach Flowers, Radiesthesia, and Aromatherapy. Her preferred level of spice? Spicy! She believes a little spice makes everything better and that “two is pepper than one!”
