Lead Quality Manager
As Lead Quality Manager, Mateusz is responsible for defining and implementing Chillistore’s quality strategy and tailoring it to customer expectations. He aims to go beyond the best-proven quality standards to create client-focused frameworks that reflect their businesses’ specific needs and give a fair picture of linguists’ work. In the past, Mateusz held managerial roles in various companies, leading Quality Management and Vendor Management departments in an LSP and a group of in-house translators in a FinTech company. Which words would he use to define an ideal Quality Management set-up? Data-driven, transparent and automated. As a linguist, Mateusz provided linguistic services to the most recognizable companies from various industries, including IT, the film industry, entertainment, marketing, and gaming, over the years.
After hours, he swaps the keyboard for a fretboard and relaxes by playing (or trying to play) blues guitar songs. His level of spice? Can’t get enough of it, but only if well-prepared.
