Fabienne is an experienced translation and localization industry professional, with an MA in Translation Studies and Translation Project Management. As Program Manager at Chillistore, Fabienne helps customers build and sustain their localization programs. She improves existing processes by recommending best practices and leaning on new tools. She helps clients develop localization strategies, via different quality-building and monitoring strategies. She’s a team player, who prides herself on her strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments. She’s also an excellent problem solver, thanks to her keen attention to detail and strong focus on quality. 

Outside of work, Fabienne enjoys knitting, sewing, scuba diving, and cooking! Her preferred level of spice? “Accidentally spicy.”  She once dropped half a jar of ground chillies into her cooking pot and found that she enjoyed the extra kick!
